The Outreach Evangelism Ministries is a Christ-Centered Organization, that focuses on evangelism and community outreach. OEM’s mission is Reaching The World For Christ! OEM Church exists to form a community of passionate disciples of Jesus Christ. The primary branch of this organization is the OEM Church located in Elizabeth, NJ. OEM Church was founded by Bishop Pierre M. Paul, and is currently led by Rev. Moise Paul.
